The Department of Energy's National Weatherization Training Conference is held every two years to address the national training needs of the staff, trainers and other individuals who have consistently contributed to the advancement of the Weatherization Assistance Program. The conference provides an opportunity to bring technical, administrative, financial, and management staff together to share expertise, receive technical training and exchange ideas for strengthening the program. This meeting offers a unique opportunity to disseminate uniform technical training skills and information to a broad cross-section of the Weatherization network. There are sessions that cover the Weatherization basics and those that embark on the cutting-edge technological advancements in the Weatherization Program.
